Historic tenement house with a features of Modernism of count Raczyński, which is located opposite Warsaw's Zachęta will be thoroughly restored. Investor - Hochtief plans also building of additional wing from the east side. An official permit was given to all works.
Project of rebuilding was prepared in the understanding with the Capital's Preservationist. It aims i.a. renovation of facades with a huge glass front windows on the ground and first floor. Rooms located on those tiers will be designed for commercial business. Interiors of another storeys will be adapted for offices. It's interesting that the height of offices in the historical part will reach four metres. Office spaces will be found in the new part too. The structure will have six tiers, and leaseholders will be offered about 14 000sqm of commercial space.
Spaces will be executed according to British standards of the building system of ecological certification BREEAM. Next to LEED and DGNB is one of the most known ways of certification of building structures environment and people friendly.
