New Office Building In Wrocław
The investor is Tower Inwestycje, a company from PZU Group. The building will erect at a plot on which the office building of PZU designed by Ryszard Natusiewicz has been situated since 1970. Due to a bad technical condition of the building, it was demolished in 2017. The construction works will start on February 24, 2020.
The project envisages the application of eco-friendly technical solutions. The investment will connect elements that refer to both tradition and innovativeness. It’ll tone in with the existing surrounding development. There will be also spaces envisaged for bicyclists.
The list of green solutions consists of energy and water-saving systems, green roofs, or parking spaces with stations for charging electric cars. This will be a bicycle-friendly place because of a special infrastructure, including showers, changing room, drying room, and self-service bicycle stations.
The investment will be equipped with an access control system, round-the-clock monitoring, security and BMS (Building Management System).
There will be also acoustic suspended ceilings, 3-window selective sets and energy-saving LED lighting. The investment will have 7 aboveground tiers and 3 underground tiers (140 parking spaces). The leasable space gross will amount to over 14 thousand sqm. The building will meet the requirements of the British BREEAM certification system and receive the certificate at a high level (Excellent).
The office building will close the final undeveloped fragment at the intersection of Piotra Skargi and Oławska Streets. According to the plans, the pavement will be widened and the arcades will be created on the front elevation.
