Orsted is an energy concern. The company's strategy consists of extensive use of low carbon energy. It's one of the global leaders in the offshore wind energy sector. The employees of Orsted Poland have over 3 800 sqm at their disposal at Varso 2.
The largest tenants are scientific and technological campus Cambridge Innovation Center (almost 14 000 sqm) and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego [Polish National Development Bank], which has already leased additional 1 200 sqm (more than 13 600 sqm in total).
Varso Place will also hold head offices of Polish departments of such companies as Nvidia, Yves Rocher, and Workday. The middle skyscraper (out of 3 skyscrapers that are being erected nearby the Central Railway Station) will be the first in Poland 4-star NYX hotel. Its guests, office employees of Varso Place, and other users of the building will benefit from a broad commercial and service offer. A new fitness center Zdrofit and PZU Zdrowie medical center will be soon launched. On the ground floor, there is also a public areaway with gastronomy (Nutrimind Group, Stół i Wół, Menya Musashi, Karmello, Salad Story, Vincent, Wrap Me) and shops with additional services (Nail Spa cosmetic salon, Sun Way Travel travel’s agency, Wiek cantor).
Varso Palace office building is awarded BREEAM Outstanding green certification and WELL certification that assesses the impact of building on people's health and well-being. The investment will soon become one of the largest business centers in Warsaw.
After launching the lower buildings of Varso Place in spring this year, the building of Varso Tower, the highest part of the project, will be continued. The construction of the 230-meter-high skyscraper designed by Foster + Partners studio will reach the maximum height in summer and it will be ready for finishing and arranging works. There is 144 thousand sqm of leasable space in Varso Place.
