As a result of the undertaken actions, the total office space at LIXA will amount to ca. 75 000 sqm. There will be also a 150-meter-long pedestrian passage and a green garden situated on the back of the building. The first phase of construction works will be completed in several months; tenants of the two buildings of total size amounting to 28 000 sqm will move into a new location this year. One of the main tenants who will occupy the entire 13-floor building is BNP Paribas. This will be the highest office building; the other developments will be smaller and characterized by a cascade form.
The innovative project will stand out from the other office buildings. It'll be distinguished with the highest quality and numerous facilities. The Chairman of Yareal, Eric Dapoigny, says: The decision on acquiring the plot by Yareal means that we’re going to build the entire urban quarter together with a garden on the back of the additional office building. LIXA will be quite different from the surrounding office developments, i.e. mostly skyscrapers. Thanks to these two garden courtyards and a green passage, LIXA will offer conditions that aren’t available in the closest surroundings.
The investment was awarded BREEAM Interim “Excellent” for applying solutions that are in compliance with the principles of sustainable construction.
