Chairman of the Management Board at Spectra Development, Dariusz Sokołowski, sums up:
The commercialization process of Bobrowiecka 8 is coming to a close. We hope that the negotiation of the final contracts will soon end and thus we'll be able to announce the closure of the lease process.
The main reasons for the popularity of the investment are both the attractive location as well as the applied innovative and green solutions.
When we were executing Bobrowiecka 8, our main goal was to meet tenants' expectations. We’ve put emphasis on usable aspects of office space (functionality), choosing a simple timeless design and high-quality materials. We’re very happy that our decisions turned out to be deeply satisfying to our tenants – says Sokołowski.
