The Brudkowski & Wspólnicy legal office not only extended a lease agreement but also doubled occupied space in one of the offices owned by Horizon Plaza to 850 sq. m. The owner of the structure – Union Investment Real Estate GmbH was represented by Colliers International during the transaction.

The Horizon Plaza complex includes two offices class A, the total area of which amounts to over 35 000 sq. m of office space. The structure is located in Warsaw Mokotów district and it is characterized by a „waving” façade. Moreover, its tenants may benefit from an underground garage with nearly 600 parking places. Horizon Plaza received a certificate in the BREEAM In-Use system with „Excellent” grade in the Building Management category and „Very Good” grade in the Asset category. The strategy of the BREEAM In-Use certification was prepared by Colliers International consulting company.
