Forest office campus is currently the second largest investment of HB Reavis in Poland. The buildings will offer 78 thousand sqm to their clients. The investment is executed due to joint loan cooperation of the following banks: Santander, Peako S.A., PKO B.P., and Paribas. According to the investor, the involvement of several banks indicates trust towards HB Reavis and the company's projects.
The project of the building involves a number of green innovative solutions, including the fulfillment of the requirements and the current ecological standards. This tendency is becoming more and more popular among new projects executed by investors in Polish cities. It’s important to provide the best working conditions for employees and clients. There will be a garden square and green areas between the buildings, the total size of which is comparable to two football fields; it’s where 400 trees and shrubs will be planted.
According to the project, the largest office space in Warsaw will be executed at Forest campus on one floor, occupying 8 thousand sqm. The design envisages a large co-working space and office space for rent under flexible conditions for young enterprises. The ground floors will be intended for gastronomic services (cafes and restaurants). It’s estimated that the first office building will be commissioned at the end of 2021.
