Warsaw Green Corner A office building, which is situated at the intersection of Chłodna and Wronia Streets, joins the CPI Property Group’s portfolio. This is the fourth investment of the company in the capital.

Green Corner A has 7 tiers and total space amounting to 14 860 sqm. The building was commissioned in 2012 and designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. It was awarded LEED Platinum. The majority of the space is leased.

CPI Property Group has been operating on the Polish market since 2013. It specializes in lease and property management in the office, hotel, and commercial sectors. The company has 19 investments in the following cities: Warsaw, Zamość, Tarnów, Elbląd, Radom, or Zgorzelec; 4 of them are situated in the capital. The company foresees the growth of its resources by additional office space located in the most attractive locations in Warsaw.

CPI Property Group has central offices in Luxembourg and carries out investments in many countries of Central Europe, including Germany. This is the largest owner of office space in Berlin and commercial space in the Czech Republic. CPI Property Group plans intense growth in Poland.
