Iwona Wypych took up the position of Director of Commercial Department. The scope of her tasks includes defining and executing a development strategy as well as heading a team. Iwona Wypych will maintain direct contacts with tenants, owners, managers of buildings, or agencies.
Iwona Wypych has a long experience in the industry of commercial properties. She has conducted lease processes from both tenant and lessor representation. Her previous position was Director of Commercial Real Estate Department at Vertigo Property Group (3 years). She has been also working at Ober-Haus for 7 years. Wypych graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw and finished postgraduate studies in the mediation of real estate turnover.
Paweł Kłosiński took up the position of Business Development Director. Paweł will be responsible for gaining key customers and strategic business partners as well as expanding the scope of business activity.
Paweł Kłosiński has 23 years of experience while working in international companies on the commercial real estate market. He has been a representative of the lessor for 17 years in such companies as Cromwell, Golub GetHouse, Hochtief Development, Vastint and Akron Management. His achievements are 170 signed lease contracts concerning over 150 000 sqm of leased office, commercial and warehouse space. Thanks to knowledge of the lease office market, including adaptation of office space, as well as requirements and expectations towards companies which specialize in design and execution of design works, he will be able to offer innovative solutions and partner conditions for cooperation that allow to reach a compromise in the key industry which concerns the specification of the scope and budget of adaptation works and their terminable process of conducting and completing.
Paweł has been holding a CCIM title since 2010.
