Built in 2003, Twarda Tower office building no longer belongs to BPT Optima, managed by BPT Asset Management. The structure, whose main lessee is Telekomunikacja Polska są, became the property of an european fund manager Europa Capital LLP. Both parties pledged not to disclose details.

It's worth mentioning that Twarda Tower is one of the capital's most prestigous buildings. The building, with an area of 27 000 m2 is located in so-called Central Business Area, at the junction of Twarda St. and Jana Pawła II alley.
