Holland Park exists from 1998. The structure is situated in strict city centre, near Trzech Krzyży plaza and Trakt Królewski – location associated with a historical communication trail in Warsaw. There are numerous boutiques of international fashion companies and restaurants in the area. It's neighbourhood also consists of Stock Exchange and diet buildings.
Structure offers 10 490 m2 office area and 1000 m2 of area intended for business activity. Holland Park consists of two parts: a small building named Piano and a six-storey office building. There are also over 100 parking lots available for the structure's employees use.
The international company, specializing in health care, was being represented by Cushman & Wakefield company throughout the transaction. Apart from the new lessee, the majority of the building's area is being occupied by ING. The structure's owner is CBRE Global Investors company.
As Cushman & Wakefield's Aleksandra Rafałowska says: Holland Park is an amazingly unique place in capital. The lessee is moving into the building by the end of september 2012.
