ECO Windfall for gourmets in Royal Wilanów

Marcin Jabłoński, participant of the Top Chef culinary program, is going to open a restaurant in the Royal Wilanów office.

Naturel is a new gastronomic premises which is going to enrich the offer of the Royal Wilanów office investment. The company will occupy 165 sq. m in the structure. It is going to serve refined dishes prepared on the basis of ecological, fresh and seasonal ingredients. The menu will offer, for instance, not roasted buckwheat groats with smoked plum or jelly with prosecco. Most of the products will be delivered from Warsaw BioBazar and ecological household owned by parents of Marcin Jabłoński – chef and co-founder of the Naturel restaurant. 

 

Marcin Jabłoński was a participant of the culinary and entertainment Top Chef program. He gained experience thanks to such chefs as Pascal Brodnicki, Karol Okrasa, Kurt Scheller, Jean Bos or Wojciech Modest Amaro. He had an occassion to cook for the president of France Nicolas Sarkozy or rapper 50 Cent. Moreover, Jabłoński is a laureate of many culinary contests all over the world, including Bocuse d'Or (Brussels), Cup George Baptiste (Mexico), Cup George Baptiste (Tokyo) or Culinary Olympiad Erfurt (Germany).   

 

The five-tier Royal Wilanów office is going to offer 29 787 sq. m of modern office area and 6920 sq. m of service and commercial space. There will be also a three-tier car park for 931 parking places for tenants and clients as well as bicycle car park situated in the underground part of the building. The author of the architectural project of the investment is JEMS Architekci. The opening of the structure is planned on the second half of August this year.
