Griffin Group sold five properties. Three of them are located in such cities as Białystok, Płock and Słupsk and the other two are situated in Toruń. All projects were purchased from Ruch SA. Their total value amounts to over 17.5 million zlotys. The new owners of the structures are local investors, except for the project located in Płock, the owner of which is the City of Płock.
Griffin Group was advised by lawyers from BSWW Legal & Tax while conducting the transaction. The legal office also helped the developer to conduct legal research (due diligence) of those properties. The BWW Law & Tax team was directed by a lawyer and managing copartner Marek Wojnar who was supported by copartner and legal adviser Magdalena Banaszczyk-Głowacka and copartner and legal adviser Katarzyna Marzec.
