The careful selection of tenants in the commercial part of Royal Wilanów, which fulfills the needs of inhabitants of the nearest neighborhood, is one of the priorities on the route to create a special place which has been missing in this part of Warsaw so far – says Wojciech Nowakowski, Investment Manager in Capital Park Group.
Among tenants of a public commercial and service part in Royal Wilanów there are already such companies like: Nike, Piotr i Paweł delicatessen, Bierhalle brewery and restaurant, Bang & Olufsen Danish network of shops with electrical device, Aga Flowers florist's, Piccola Italia Mediterranean delicatessen, Krakowski Kredens, Pralnia Panda and car wash.
The process of gaining tenants of office area in the structure is being conducted simultaneously. The last signed agreement concerns over 5500 sq. m on two floors of Royal Wilanów. Sygnity partnership will move into a new headquarters in January 2016.
Royal Wilanów will be a 5-tier structure fully integrated with a public area, in which 29 787 sq. m of modern office space will be located. Moreover, there will be a cark park for 915 parking places as well as bicycle parking situated in the underground part of the building. 270 parking places will be generally accessible.
The author of the architectural project is JEMS Architekci studio, whereas the exclusive agent responsible for commercialization of Royal Wilanów is Blue Ocean Investment Group (BIOG).
