Group of tenants of Gdańsk’s office complex will be joined by Deltamarin, Finland-based ship designer. The company will rent 840 m2 in B1 building. During the process of searching for a suitable location and negotiating the lease contract the tenant was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle advisors. Deltamarin will move into its new office at the end of June 2013.

B1 building is four storeys tall, it is the first of the five buildings planned for BCB Business Park. It offers 9,250 m2 of office space, and the users can choose one of the 300 parking spaces. For their disposal there is also a canteen and conference rooms for rent. The complex will ultimately offer 45,000 m2 of space, with developed conference, hotel and service infrastructure. BCB Business Park is located in Gdańsk-Rębiechowo, near Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport and the entrance for Tricity ring road and A1 highway. The investor is Bałtyckie Centrum Biznesu Sp. z o.o.
