We were considering a change of location for a some time now. It was connected to our growing human resources and to the dynamic development of our company. It was important to us to have space which would be bigger, well-connected, functional and progressive. Wola Center fulfils these expectations. New localisation was also well received by our employees, who chose this one out of some alternative locations – says Wojciech Sztuba, Managing Partner in TPA Horwath.
The new tenant will move to 1,100 m2. during the transaction the company was advised by CBRE. The owner of Wola Center is LC Corp., and the object is to be put to use in September 2013.
The investment is a modern office complex, built on Przyokopowa street in Wola district, Warsaw. Wola Center will offer 31,000 m2 in four buildings having independent front desks, 319 parking spaces in two-storey underground lot and such conveniences as cafés, restaurants, service places and a green patio.
We are happy to have acquired an attractive localisation for new TPA Horwath office. Wola Center complex is located near the city centre, in the heart of a new business district of the capital, nearby the Warsaw Rising Museum. The building guarantees good access to public transport, and opening a second metro line will mean that it will be a desired place for many prestigious tenants. CBRE team negotiated for the tenant to have attractive end elastic terms of the lease with a possibility of renting larger space and a guarantee for company’s logo to be put on the building – commented Daniel Bienias, Director of Tenant Representation Department in CBRE.
