TTS Poland has extended their leased area in the first building belonging to the complex BCB Business Park. The company is going to occupy 500 sq m more space. The owner of the building is Baltic Business Centre Ltd (Bałtyckie Centrum Biznesu), the largest private investor in Airport City, a rising business district in the Tri-City.
TTS's activity in Poland began with the company renting office space in BCB Business Park. Presently, the company, which is also active in other countries, is expanding on the domestic market.
BCB Business Park boats a very good location, nearby Lecha Wałęsy Airport in Gdańsk. It can be easily accessed for other regions in the Tri-City, as it takes ca. 20 minutes to get to the centres of Gdańsk, Sopot or Gdynia from here.
According to Przemysław Nowak, president of the management board at Baltic Business Centre Ltd, there has been a growing interest in BCB Business Park among Scandinavian companies and financial institutions. Therefore, the developer is preparing to commence the construction of another building in the complex.
TTS Poland is an international company founded over 40 years ago. It offers a complete range of lifting equipment for offshore vessels including advanced active heave compensated solutions, and is the world's second largest supplier in the field. The company hires over 1.000 workers worldwide. TTS's only premises in Poland are located in BCB Business Park.
