Interbiuro started fit-out works for Kraft Heinz at Empark complex in January this year. Workplace is responsible for the project.

The project involves 635 sqm. The suggested functional setting is to make the management easier and meet the needs of the employees. The tenant was to prepare innovative office space that responses to modern trends. This new space will create the proper conditions for creative work for the whole team.

The project envisages the application of glass walls that gives the impression of office openness and maintains the right acoustic parameters. Thanks to the mobile walls of conference halls, they can be connected with each other in order to create a larger space adjusted to many more people. The kitchen will be separated by a mobile glass wall.

The finishing materials are to characterize with aesthetical factors and, most of all, with high technical parameters, including acoustic parameters.
According to Interbiuro, the works will be carried out in two stages with no necessity of closing the office during this time. The key to success will be the right coordination of works as well as effective communication between the sides.

Interbiuro is an engineering company that specializes in design and adaptation of office and commercial space as well as arrangement and complex execution of the project.

Empark Mokotów Business Park, the largest business park in Poland, will be a head office of a new sustainable office by Kraft Heinz. The complex comprises of 9 office buildings of total space amounting to 116.7 thousand sqm. It holds head offices of over 140 companies.
