Prestigious Building A
The investment nominated for BREEAM is Building A, which is a part of SKYSAWA complex. The project executed by Polish Real Estate Holding is situated at Świętokrzyska 36 Street in Warsaw.
Tomasz Górnicki, Vice President for Investment, Polish Real Estate Holding, talks about the investment and the nomination:
The building of SKYSAWA has been conducted in a balanced way from the very beginning. We are really satisfied that the international certification institution BRE Global distinguished the investment. The fact that we are among five European investments nominated for the BREEAM Awards 2020 competition is an honorable distinction to us and a feather in our cap.
Best Project Among Certified Distinctions
BREEAM plebiscite is organized by the Building Research Establishment (BRE) Global, a well-known international certification institution. Any investment which has been certified by this unit before can be submitted to the competition. Building A within SKYSAWA was awarded BREEAM Interim in September 2019 and became the first Polish investment assessed at the Outstanding level.
The main goal of the plebiscite is to select projects which meet the latest requirements concerning green construction in 10 categories, including power and water supply, selection of construction materials, or project management.
The final results will be announced on March 2 during the ceremonial gala in London.
