The office investment, which is being realized in the Warsaw Mokotów district by Ghelamco Poland, joined the „GreenBuilding Programme”. The certificate is granted by the European Commission and it is a positive verification which confirms the electricity consumption at an effective, proper and lower level as regards law regulations in a particular country. Wołoska 24 is another, after Senator, Mokotów Nova, T-Mobile Office Park and Łopuszańska Business Park, Warsaw project of Ghelamco which is certified in the European program.
Wołoska 24 will provide ca. 21 000 sq. m of modern office area located on 10 floors and ca. 800 sq. m of commercial and service area located on the ground floor. The investment is being realized in accordance with the guidelines of the BREEAM certificate. Moreover, 500 underground parking places as well as an aboveground car park are going to be realized within the complex and a separate car park, changing rooms and showers are envisaged for bicyclists.
At present, the works directly connected with realization of a reinforced concrete construction of the building are being conducted in the underground part. The first tenant – Arval company is going to move into the building in March 2016 and it will occupy ca. 2400 sq. m. The completion of the structure, the building of which started in August 2014, is planned at the end of the first quarter of 2016.
