Harmony Office Center is our second building in Poland after Tulipan House office which received BREEAM In-Use certificate this year. We are glad that both structures received such good grades – comments Nadine Gilbert, asset manager for Central and Eastern Europe in Commerz Real.
The process of Harmony Office Center certification was conducted by Savills company which has been managing the building for over two years.
Balanced solutions applied in Harmony Office Center are supposed to improve the management of energy, heating and water consumption. It means that traditional lighting was replaced by LED lighting, new sanitations use less water and environmentally sound chemicals as well as hygienic materials are used in the complex. Moreover, a green zone with efficient irrigation and rainwater gathering systems and also additional stands for bicycles were provided outside the building – says Milena Sikora, senior manager of properties in Savills, licensed associate judge in BREEAM International and BREEAM In-Use responsible for process of certification.
Harmony Office Center is a modern complex, located at Stanisław Żaryn Street. It is composed of three office buildings (A1, A2, A3). The structure’s developer is Eko-Park SA company. Harmony Office Center offers 19 267,41 sq. m of space, fully rented by Millennium Bank.
BREEAM In-Use is a certification system with many criteria. It is an instrument for managers, owners and tenants who aim at reduction of costs and minimization of current commercial buildings’ impact on environment.
