The Sterlinga Business Center (SBC) owned by Hines Polska obtained the BREEAM ecology certification granted by BRE. SBC is the first building in Łódź to obtain this international ecology certificate. The certification process of the building was managed by an independent assessor, Buro Happold, a consulting company that manages the certification of buildings in BREEAM, LEED and DGNB systems.
The office building situated on Stelinga Street 8A offers to the tenants over 13 400 sq. m of office space located on nine floors. Commercial and service space as well as a canteen for the tenants are situated on the ground floor.
Currently, the rental ratio is over 50%. Among the tenants are companies like: Philips, Nycomed, Budimex, Plano-Invest, Arboretum, Tate & Lyle, Rule Financial and Sodexo.
