Skanska SA began works on the next phase of Green Towers. It will include the construction of office building B, the second building which will be a part of this office complex in Wrocław, which obtained the LEED Platinum pre-certificate. Skanska Property Poland, which is responsible for the commercialization of the complex, has found two tenants for the new investment.
The rental space of the 10-storey building B will amount to about 11 600 sq. m and its commissioning if planned for the end of 2012 or beginning of 2013. The office buildings A and B have been designed by Maćków Pracownia Projektowa and their construction will cost 48 million euro in total.
In September 2011 two other companies joined the first tenant of building A – Ernst & Young. Grupa Allegro will rent 11 500 sq. m and its employees will move to the new offices in April 2012. The second rental agreement has been concluded with a local catering company, which plans to open canteens in both buildings of the complex. The total space of both facilities will be of 500 sq. m.
