TNT has opened its new seat in Hoofddor, the Netherlands. The building is the first in this country energy-neutral building, which meets the newest EU regulations and produces more energy than the building's own needs.
The office building, situated a 10 minute ride from the Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam, has been under construction from 2007 till 2011, using sustainable construction technologies, lighting and air conditioning.
