HB Reavis concluded new lease contracts concerning commercial and service area in Postępu 14. One of them was concluded with BF Poland, a company which is going to establish a point offering professional beauty services in January. It will be located in the premises with the size of 100 sq. m situated on the ground floor of the structure. We decided to open our point in the very heart of the largest business district in Warsaw because we wanted all clients to benefit from our services before or after work, and even – if there is such an opportunity – during a lunch break – says Aleksandra Głos, Managing Director, BF Poland.
Moreover, Centrum Dobrego Druku will start its business activity in Postępu 14 in January 2016. It is going to occupy a premises with the size of 300 sq. m on the ground floor from Marynarska Street. It will be the fourth point under this brand on the Warsaw market. We have been present on the area of business Mokotów for 8 years. We decided to choose Postępu 14 mainly because of its perfect location at the crossroads of Marynarska and Postępu Streets as well as modern character of the building – says Paweł Grot, owner of Centrum Dobrego Druku.
The agreements signed with new companies from the service and commercial sector perfectly sign themselves into a strategy which is being realized by our company. It concerns establishment of an attractive work environment where one may eat, drink coffee, do some shopping in the drugstore as well as benefit from the services of a printing house or beauty salon (like in the case of Postępu 14) – says Grzegorz Strutyński, commercial director and member of the board, HB Reavis Poland.
It is worth mentioning that the Polish OK System company moved into its new headquarters in Postępu 14 at the beginning of November. The enterprise offers non-pay motivational systems in the form of sport packages. The tenant occupied more than 530 sq. m in the office area located on the first floor of the office.
Postępu 14 is the third completed project of HB Reavis on the area of Warsaw. The complex delivers jointly 34 500 sq. m of business area to the market and the group of their first tenants includes – except for developer – AstraZeneca, Samsung Electronics Poland and Rossman. The structure was commissioned in August this year and it is rented in 60 per cent.
