Acxiom Global Service Center is going to hire the whole floor in the Olivia Four office owned by the Olivia Business Center complex located in Gdańsk. The company is going to move into its new headquarters in February 2016. Acxiom Global Service Center was represented by JLL consulting agency during the process of searching for a location and negotiating conditions of the agreement. We are glad about the opportunity of cooperation with Axciom in Poland at defining a long-term lease strategy, including searching for a new office in Tricity – Magdalena Reńska, chairman of Department in Tricity, JLL.
Axciom Global Service Center has been functioning on the area of Tricity since 2008. It delivers services related to support of clients and departments of Axciom all over the world. Due to its development and need for consolidation, the company was searching for a modern office area in a convenient location which is not situated far-away from the actual headquarters. Finally, it chose 11-floor Olivia Four offering 14 700 sq. m of lease area.
According to Magdalena Reńska, the Tricity region is currently one of the strongest location in the country in respect of projects from the industry of modern services for business. The activity of investors who obtain new commissions, hire new employees and search for new larger headquarters translates itself into dynamics of growth on the office market, which has been double extended since 2008 and it is still developing very efficiently – adds Reńska. The total supply of the office space in Tricity amounted to over 541 000 sq. m at the end of the third quarter of this year, which contributed to the fact that this region is on the fourth place in Poland in respect of the scale of the market.
Olivia Business Center is the largest office and business center in the region. As a target, the size of the complex is going to exceed 120 000 sq. m. The group of tenants in Olivia Business Center includes such companies as Alior Bank, Allianz, Amazon, Bayer, Energa, Noble Bank, PKO BP, PwC, Sii and ThyssenKrupp. Moreover, the complex is composed of five offices – Olivia Gate, Olivia Point, Olivia Tower, Olivia Four and Olivia Six, which was commissioned in May this year. The complex offers over 1600 parking places, over 200 stands for bicycles as well as 5 changing rooms with showers to its tenants.
