Last lease transaction in Wrocław's Green Towers complex has led to a near-complete commercialization of the structure. The new lessee is an international corporation which is one of the main employers in Wrocław. The company is going to rent a total area of 14 400 m2 ( 3 900 m2 of area in A building and 10 500 m2 area in building B). The lessee was being represented by Cushman & Wakefield company.
As Waldemar Olbryk, President of Skanska Property Poland says: We're very glad that the Green Towers office building was met with such a big interest among lessees. We always attempt to fulfill their expectations, providing among others the gratest possible flexibility in the area of interior arrangement. Cooperation with our new lessees has been very successful, and as a result as much as 95% of total office area in both buildings is rented out even before the investment's completion.
Building A was completed in march 2012. First lessees, Ernst & Young and Grupa Allegro, moved into the building in april. Construction of building B is currently underway, while the investment's completion is planned for the first quarter of the coming year. Green Towers complex is to offer a total area of 23 300 m2.
Green Towers is characterized by the utilization of technologies consistent with sustainable development construction. Thanks to energy efficient and environmentally friendly solutions, the structure has been precertified in LEED system.
