SwedeCenter, Business Garden's investor, leased 2000 m2 of area to Ricoh Polska. The new lessee opeates activity related to print management. It is going to open an office in Warsaw's office building at the beginning of year 2013. The company was being represented during the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield.
As Paweł Barski from Ricoh Polska says: In the choice of a new office we've focused mainly on the improvement of work comfort. We were looking for an office that would be both modern and innovative, and which would provide our employees with suitable work conditions. Business Garden fulfills these conditions. Additionally, as the first ecological business park in Warsaw it perfectly fits our company's strategy, in which for over 70 years one the most important matters was limiting the environmental impact caused by us on the surroundings and society.
Business Garden is an office complex located at the junction of 1 sierpnia and Żwirki i Wigury St. in Warsaw. It is to consist of 7 buildings, offering a total area of 90 000 m2. Apart from offices, the building will house conference halls, business hotel, restaurant, cafeteria and commercial premises as well.
