Total leasable space amounts to 46 000 sqm. Investor – Vastint Poland – has already obtained a land use permit. According to the developer, the next stage consists in trying to obtain a LEED certificate at the Platinum level for all new buildings.
Construction works lasted 26 months. Apart from preparing this space to office function, the project took into account other needs of tenants. Associated facilities include a medical center, canteen, fitness club, and a kindergarten. There is also a meeting zone with a garden, basketball and volleyball courts. In this way, the investor emphasizes a social dimension of the undertaking.

Business Garden Poznań currently comprises 9 office buildings class A in low development, the total leasable space of which amounts to 88 000 sqm. The complex is situated on the plot at Marcelińskiej, Bułgarskiej and Łubieńskiej Streets.
