HB Reavis Group has bought a lot on Inflancka 3 St. in Warsaw from Lubasa Polska company. The property has 28 700 sq. m., and its big advantage is a valid building permit. As soon as in the first half of this year the developer will begin realization of an investment on the purchased grounds. The project should be finished in second quarter of 2014.
HB Reavis Group is considered to be lead developer on commercial properties market. The estate on Inflancka St. is the company's third purchase in Poland. The first had been a lot on Konstruktorska St., where currently Konstruktorska Business Center is being erected. The developer has also won the tender for building on the grounds around Warszawa Zachodnia train station.

CBRE was assisting the buyer in cooperation with Ex Novo Consultancy company from Barcelona. Transaction's financial services were being handled by La Caixa company.
