PBG Dom, a developer arm of PBG capital group, became the owner of another office building in Poznań. The structure is located on Sienkiewicza 22 St.
The building, which was bought from Spółka Hydrobudowa 9 in last days of april, has around 4 000 m2 of office area. Currently, lease contracts have been signed with around 60 companies. PBG Dom copartnership's first office investment is also located in Poznań - Skalar Office Center.
- Office buildings are an important segment of commercial property market for us and we're planning further investments in this sector - says Patrycja Leszczyńska, Director for commercial properties PBG DOM. - We're looking for plots of land on which we could build our new structures of this type. We're interested in loactions from the whole country - she adds.
Skalar Office Center is the most modern A class office building in Poznań. It was completed at the end of 2010. The six floor structure offers 14 000 m2 of office areas for rent, augmented with modern technological and IT solutions.
