Enea copartnership has rented over 4 000 m2 in Poznań's office building Skalar Office Center. One of electricity industry's largest companies in Poland is going to locate its offices on the third and fourth floors of the structure.
Skalar Office Center was completed at the end 2010. The structure was chosen as the best office project in European Property Awards 2011 contest. Responsible for the investment is PBG Erigo company, belonging to PBG Capital Group.
Enea is going to neighbour with i.a. PZU SA, Arvato Services Polska, Bridgestone and Polmed clinic.
