Polish press distributor, Ruch SA company has rented 2 434 sq. m. of area in Centrum Biurowe Francuska in Katowice from Globe Trade Centre SA (GTC). In august it is going to open an accounting services center there. Ruch is the first leaseholder this big- others limit themselves to renting several hundreds m2 of area. Among the companies which have offices in Centrum Biurowe Francuska there are names such as: Bank Millennium, Nordea Bank, Philips Lighting and Berlitz.

Built by Globe Trade Center SA (GTC), Centrum Biurowe Francuska is situated in Katowice's city center, on Francuska St. Building's interiors have been designed to provide leaseholders with the ability of flexible arrangement and effective use of area, for example for back office, research or laboratory type of activity. The complex creates a possibility of development within one business park, which is still a rarely seen solution in Katowice.
