Agito.pl is one of the biggest online shops in Poland. Its dynamic development caused that the owner decided to rent larger area – 2500 sq. m in Gdański Business Center I. The company’s headquarters occupies two floors in the building A which is located in close proximity to the entrance to the Dworzec Gdański metro station. The tenant was represented by experts from the Cushman & Wakefield consulting company during the process of negotiations. Agito.pl were looking for the most modern registered office – that is eco-friendly and located in the vicinity of the metro line. The important condition was also adjustment of the building to bicyclists with an easy access to office. The investment, which is realized by HB Reavis Poland at the crossroads of Anders and Inflacka Streets, is commercialized in 80 per cent thanks to concluded transaction. The first stage of the complex was commissioned in June 2014, whereas the completion of the second stage is planned on the first quarter of 2016. Then, the total rentable area of the whole project will amount to 98 000 sq. m. The first stage – Gdański Business Center I – received the BREEAM certificate with the Very Good grade and Gdański Business Center II will be certified in the same system on the Excellent level.
