The Board of ENEL-MED Joint Stock Company announced the signing of lease agreements in office Senator of company Union Investment Real Estate GmbH. The agreement has signed for a period of ten years.
ENEL-MED plans to spend leased space in medical activities and related aesthetic medicine. As part of the agreement, the company also hired six parking spaces.

In May 2013, Ghelamco investment sold for $ 120 million. The buyer and the current owner is Union Investment Real Estate GmbH.
