The financial institution BBH has leased more than 2,000 sqm. of additional office space in Orange Office Park in Cracow. This means that the company will take over 6800 sqm. in the complex carried out by the East-West Development Office. During the transaction tenant was represented by experts Cushman & Wakefield, while the developer - Fisheye.

The company will move to Orange Office Park in July. Cracow complex built in three phases and will eventually provide up to 29 000 sqm. of office and retail space, and 550 parking spaces. The first phase of the project in July 2014 year will be completed. Investment is at the intersection of Nowohucka and Klimeckiego Streets.
