The new tenant of the Warsaw office block is the software consulting company for transfer agents, Wealth Management sector and insurance companies. In July 2014, Bravura Solutions Pty Limited will take up 1000 sq.m in Atrium 1 office block, currently under construction. The tenant was represented by the experts from the consulting company Jones Lang LaSalle.
We are very pleased with the decision of having our seat here in Atrium 1. This choice means taking up the highest quality office space, enabling us, in the years to come, to develop the structure of our organisation in a planned way, said Martin Lawson, Head of Operations, Bravura Polska.
For Bravura, the key factor in the choice of the office space for the new headquarters was its locality. Atrium 1, under construction in the very business centre of Warsaw, near Rondo ONZ, is a very prestigious and greatly communicated office address, commented Ida Stankiewicz, the Managing Director in the Tenant Representation Department, Jones Lang LaSalle.
Atrium 1 is an investment made by Skanska Property Poland near Rondo ONZ in Warsaw. The project has been sold for about 94 million Euro to the open real estate fund Deka Immobilien-Global. The combined space of the building amounts to 16 300 sq.m of lease space. Atrium 1 is built according to the rules of sustainable construction. The investment received the LEED pre-certificate on the highest, Platinum, level.
The main tenant of Atrium 1 is Bank Zachodni WBK from the Santander Group, which will take up 12 200 sq.m of office space.
