Konstruktorska Business Center, located in the business area of Warsaw's Makotów district, has been recently granted occupancy permit. HB Reavis, for which this is the first office investment in Poland, will move in the building. The opening ceremony will take place in June 2013.
The office block is located at the intersection of Konstruktorska and Suwak streets, at close proximity of public transport stops. It offers over 48.000 sqM of modern service and office space, class "A", located on seven storeys. The office space alone takes up to 7.500 sqM. The first tenant of the building, and its owner – HB Reavis – will lease 1.800 sqM. Konstruktorska Business Center will be also leased to OTIS and Carrier, which belong to the United Technologies Corporation (UTC). The companies will occupy 2.300 sqM. The lease of the remaining 25.000 sqM of available space is the subject of advanced talks.
We have been looking forward to moving to our own office block. Konstruktorska Business Center is our first investment in Poland. The building boasts a good localisation and it constitutes an attractive offer for future tenants. Thanks to various facilities and the possibility to arrange the space at will, the companies can ensure the comfort of their employees – says Stanislav Frnka, Country CEO of HB Reavis Poland.
The office building has been awarded the BREEAM certificate. It was designed by the Epstein studio, which introduced ecological and low-energy solutions. Konstruktorska Business Center is powered solely by renewable electrical energy from wind farms. The tenants will be able to use not only a parking lot for 1000 cars, but also 33 electric vehicle charging stations. Other facilities include a restaurant, kiosk, café, cash machine, and a bicycle parking lot.
Other projects developed by HB Reavis in Poland are: Gdański Business Center and Postepu 14. Together with PHP, the company has prepared the project of Warszawa Zachodnia station (Warsaw West) and the office block complex West Station.
