DSV, a global provider of transport and logistic services, leased 3 100sqm of modern office space in Ambassador. The owner of the building is Kronos Real Estate company. CBRE was her consultant during the transaction.
Ambassador is located at Domaniewska Street in Warsaw, in the centre of Mokotów district. It offers 14 900sqm of office A-class space and 1 100sqm of commercial space. It is equipped in 4-level underground car parking with 298 parking spaces.

This presentable building has already attracted many leaseholders. The building has been leased in 80% just before the date of putting it at use which is planned on December 2012. We're sure that employees of DSV will feel comfortable in the new office. Ambassador ensures many facilities and services such as i.a. restaurant, bar and ATM.
