Gdańsk complex Olivia Business Centre attracted another leaseholder. American Bureau of Shipping Poland will move into the Olivia Tower office in January 2013. The company which deals with i.a. certifications of ships and other machines used in shipbuilding and marine industry will occupy 417sqm of space.
Olivia Tower offers about 14 000sqm of modern office space. The structure is located at one of the main artery of Tri-City - Aleja Grunwaldzka. There are many bus stops in the neighbourhood. Building belongs to Olivia Business Centre complex - one of the biggest in the region.
Complex will offer 120 000sqm in seven structures. Olivia Business Centre consists of three offices now: Olivia Point, Olivia Tower and Olivia Gate. Building of two those first has started in 2011, they will be put at use at the end of 2012. Building of Olivia Gate was completed in December 2011. The structure offers 18 000sqm and 420 parking space. Konior&Partners from Brussels is responsible for the architectonic project.
Kornelia Łukaszewska from the Jones Lang LaSalle department in Tri-City says: Market of office spaces in Tri-City is developing dynamically, it offers for leaseholders a wide range of options, adjusted to individual needs and expectations of every company. In case of American Bureau of Shipping it was a consolidation of two agencies, in a result leading to optimization of costs of activities and savings.
Modern office space in Tri-City has doubled since 2005 and it amounts to 377 000sqm now.
