Warbud SA company will perform reinforced concrete constructions of the West Station office in Warsaw. The structure is being realized in close proximity to a new edifice of Warszawa Zachodnia station. Both investments resulted from cooperation between PKP SA and HB Reavis developer group.
Moreover, ca. 26 000 m3 of constructional concrete and 3886 tons of reinforcement steel will be used in order to realize the construction. The completion date is envisaged on March 2016.
West Station is located in the Warsaw Ochota district. Two 13-tier buildings with the total rentable area of 67 000 sq. m will be realized within the complex. A great location of West Station, in close proximity to Warszawa Zachodnia station as well as bus station and numerous stops will certainly guarantee a perfect transport link with all districts of Warsaw and other cities of Poland to future tenants – believes Stanislav Frnka, Chairman of the Board in HV Reavis Poland.
Furthermore, a three-level underground garage will be realized within the office complex. All travelers and inhabitants of Warsaw will have 130 public payable car places at their disposal.
The West Station offices will be powered only by energy from renewable resources. HB Reavis is going to certify them in the BREEAM system on the Excellent level.
FS & P ARCUS Sp. z o.o. is responsible for the architectural conception of the station and the office complex. The first stage of the investment will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2016, whereas the second one – in the first half of the year 2018. The group of first tenants includes i.a. partnerships which are owned by PKP – PKP S.A. Group, PKP Informatyka and PKP Intercity.
