The office is being built at Nowy Świat Street in Warsaw, in the neighborhood of Warsaw Stock Exchange and Three Crosses Square. Foundation works have been just finished, target reinforced concrete columns, which carry the construction, have been made, and a cavity wall has been expended by underground tiers’ ceilings. At the moment, works on building of the first aboveground levels are being continued. They are consisting in cutting temporary steel poles and mounting 13 cores of reinforced concrete poles of the ground floor level. The making of poles’ jacket and entresol’s ceiling is also being continued.
We have finished the realization of underground levels of the building and presently we are focusing on creating an above construction of the office. At the same time, we are carrying out finishing works in the garage which arises from Aleje Jerozolimskie, the construction of which is ready. All realizing works are progressing in accordance with schedule, and they are even ahead of it – says Wiesław Kopytko, vice-chairman of Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe Nowy Świat SA. board.
The office is one of development and modernization elements of Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe “Nowy Świat”. Five-storey and glass building will offer 6000 sq. m of office, service and commercial space. Nowy Świat 2.0 office will be commissioned in the third quarter of 2015 and together with Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe and Centrum Giełdowe, it will be one of the largest office complexes which serve financial institutions in Poland.
