The new investment will be erected at Małe Garbary and Bóżnicza streets intersection in Poznań. It will offer about 1150 m2 of usable area on seven storeys.
A structure is designated to be an office building due to its great location – downtown, in close proximity to the Old Square. At Bóżnicza street we are going to construct a small office building distinguished by interesting architecture, with prevailing huge glazing. Its standard and functionality will be similar to those represented by Piątkowska 116 project, implemented also by Monday Development, which was awarded the JAKOŚĆ ROKU 2012 [Value of the Year] prize – comments Piotr Kasprowicz, the Sales Director in Monday Development.
Commercial facilities, characterised by a very good exposure from Solna street’s side, will be situated on the ground floor. Higher storeys are designated for offices of spaces varying from 75 to 120 m2. There will also be reception and parking places in garage hall in the office building.
The new building will boast convenient connections with other districts in Poznań, both by car and public transport. All the offices, like in Monday Development’s construction at Piątkowska street, will be for sale, and not for rent. The spaces are reserved especially for well-established and firm companies. The investor informs of a huge interest in purchases and of already conducted talks.
Currently, the works on preparing the investment are in progress. The architectural design has already been made, all the necessary permits are being acquired and agreements with utility providers are being conducted.
