Quadro Office is going to offer nearly 1200 sq. m of area intended for sales. A commercial premises with an exposure from Małe Garbary Street will be located on the ground floor of a 7-tier building. The other tiers will be intended for offices with the area of 75 to 120 sq. m.
A modern solid of the office made from steel and glass will be certainly standing out itself against a neighboring development despite its simplicity and small size. Additionally, the building’s structure is characterized by a double and cut elevation, the base of which are steel frames surrounding the structure. Therefore, this quite simple building has a light and dynamic shape – says Iwona Chmielewska from the Monday Development company.
The general contractor has already finished foundation works and started the lifting of the building’s construction. The developer is conducting negotiations with potential purchases buying office area in Quadro Office simultaneously with the building. The completion of the structure is planned on the fourth quarter of 2015. Quadro Office is the second office, after Piątkowska 116, which is being realized by Monday Development in the capital of Greater Poland.
