Works at realization of the newest office investment of Monday Development are coming to the final stage. The building of the office is being conducted in accordance with the schedule. The window woodwork has already been mounted and the building has been insulated. At present, the façade of the office is being closed and installation as well as finishing works are being conducted in the interiors – says Marta Marszałkowska, chairman of the project. The completion of construction works is envisaged on this year. Moreover, the owners of new offices will be able to move into Quadro Office at the beginning of the following year. The sale of office premises is already in progress.
While preparing a project, we took needs of different clients into consideration. Due to situation in the neighborhood of several courts, prosecutor’s offices and buildings owned by public administration, the office is a perfect location for headquarters of legal, attorney’s and notary’s offices – says Iwona Chmielewska, Monday Development.
Quadro Office is currently being realized in the very heart of Poznań at the crossroads of Bóżnicza and Małe Garbary Streets. It is situated in close proximity to the Old Town – only several minutes on foot. Moreover, the location of this office at multiband Garbary, Solna and Estkowskiego Streets enables good connection with other districts of Poznań and railway stations like PKP and PKS or Ławica airport. The total usable area of the structure amounts to nearly 1200 sq. m. There is a commercial premises with an exhibition from Małe Garbary on the ground floor of the building. Furthermore, offices with the size from 44 to 190 sq. m will be located on higher floors. The project of the office was devised in the Insomia architectural studio. It is the next office project – after Piątkowska 116 – which is going to be realized by Monday Development in Poznań.
