Economy Property Office is preparing parcels located at Marszałkowska and Złota Street for a tender. The asking price will amount 70 million zł net. The space of the parcel is 5 837sqm.
Area on which, the parcel is located is really attractive, mainly because of location point - Śródmieście district, at Plac Defilad, in a close neighbourhood of The Palace of Culture and Science.
On the parcels with number of 1/7, 23/17, 23/40, 23/84 an entrance to underground parking is located, part of the road to the tunnel is under the Marszałkowska Street and the entrance to the Subway Station Centrum. Additionally, a lift is there and two air intake-exhaust. A station Centrum of the first Subway line is built under the property.
Property is designed for service activities within the commerce, administration and office, gastronomy, financing, banking, exhibiting and culture. Complementary destination is according to the city's spacial development plan is an underground parking.
The city is planing another tenders of parcel next to Plac Defilad. As press centre from the City Hall informs, those activities can not be executed because of existing claims to those properties.
