Warsaw. The company signed a lease contract for 5 562 sq.m of office area.

 

Next autumn, a multifunctional complex Plac Unii is going to be completed in Warsaw. Even though that's still 12 months away, new lessees express their interest in office areas offered by the complex of three buildings located in a prestigous part of Warsaw. This year, 12 103 m2 of Plac Unii A's area has been rented out by ING Group. Now the tenants' group has been joined by Dalkia, a subsidiary of Veolia Environnement i EDF group, leading energy services supplier for public sector and private enterprises in the entire Europe. The company offers services in the area of managing heating systems and heat energy as well as plants manufacturing industrial liquids, engineering and conservation services for power plants, technical services for commercial and industrial structures and comprehensive services in the area of building management.

Plac Unii offers a total of 56 800 m2 of rent area, 41 300 m2 of which being in A+ standard. The investment is being realised by an European developer Liebrecht & wooD ( main investor - 60%) together with BBI Development NFI S.A. Both the office and commercial parts have recieved a prestigous BREEAM certificate with a "very good" grade.
