West Station II will offer 38 000 sq. m of rentable space. This “U”-shaped office will provide 4 thousand vacant posts. The building of the construction was completed at the end of February and a traditional perch has already been hung. Additionally, the montage of the elevation, which comprises of 4500 glass panels, has also been completed. The two last cranes as well as the staging will have been demounted by mid-April.
We are exceeding the envisaged schedule. The finishing works will be conducted in the nearest months, and the building installations will be launched at the turn of May and June. The majority of the procedures related to the commissioning of West Station II by appropriate services will be conducted during summer holidays. We are planning the commissioning of the office on the third quarter of this year – says Jan Hübner, Country Construction Officer of HB Reavis Construction.
The flooring, the montage of suspended ceilings and the arrangement of certain floors will soon be conducted for the future tenants of West Station II. An Indian granite will decorate the floor in the reception lobby and the walls will be finished with the use of wood and Corian (combination of acrylic resin and natural minerals). Each floor of West Station II has ca. 2 500 sq. m of office space. Even 4 thousand people can work in the building, depending on the kind of arrangement. The tenants will have 500 parking spaces for vehicles and 100 for bicycles at their disposal in the underground garage, where the finishing works are currently being conducted.
West Station is a joint project of HB Reavis, PKP SA and Xcity Investment, which is situated at Aleje Jerozolimskie. It comprises of two buildings class A (the first one commissioned in autumn last year), offering ca. 68 000 sq. m of rentable space in total.
