New tenants are to move into OVO Wrocław. The offer of the building attracted a Japanese corporation, brokerage house and medical center, which specializes in prenatal diagnoses.

Less than 20 per cent of space is currently available in the multifunctional building OVO Wrocław. There are almost 4000 sq. m of office areas class A+ in the complex, 3100 sq. m of which have already been rented. It is crucial to emphasize that the modern space in a perfect location is a rarity on the market. A Japanese corporation – Kajima – is to open a new office in OVO Wrocław, occupying 200 sq. m. The new tenant is also an exclusive brokerage house – Michael/Ström – with the office of the size amounting to 153 sq. m. At present, we intensively expand our business activity in Poland. We open our offices in the biggest Polish metropolises, whereas a prestigious address is one of the elements of our strategy – says Piotr Bawolski, Michael/Ström, Director of the Department in Wrocław and Sales Director for the Lower Silesia region.

 

Ginemedica Medical Center, which specializes in prenatal diagnoses, is also to open a new office in OVO Wrocław. Four surgeries are to operate on the area of 140 sq. m of the complex. We have both the most modern USG equipment and the personnel of high class experts at our disposal. We really took care to provide such quality of our services which corresponds with a special location in a comfortable building with an elegant and original design located in the city center – says dr Mateusz Tylko, Ginemedica Medical Center.

New tenants are: Inlegis legal office and Futuro Finance.
