At present, 550 employees are working at the construction site of a multifunctional OVO Wrocław complex. The majority of them are working inside the structure, where the finishing is being conducted. Works in a ball room and main kitchen of a 5-star DoubleTree by Hilton hotel are being performed on -2 tier, whereas a hotel restaurant as well as office and apartment lobby are being finished on the ground floor of the multifunctional complex. Moreover, Corian and wooden jackets on the walls are currently being mounted in that place. The floor from paving stone, which is familiar to inhabitants of Wrocław because of public pedestrian zones, has already been completed. The patio adjacent to the restaurant is ready in 70 per cent. Furthermore, works related to montage of furniture and finishing are being continued on hotel floors 1 and 2.
OVO Wrocław is a multifunctional investment combining a five-star hotel under the Hilton brand, apartments, penthouses and office premises. The total area of the building amounts to 48 800 sq. m. OVO Wrocław will have seven aboveground and two underground tiers. The office zone intended for sale amounts to 3852 sq. m. The general contractor is Eiffage Poland Budownictwo SA, which is conducting works on OVO Wrocław in the so called design&build system. It means that an executive project is being devised at the same time as construction works are being conducted, however, it properly exceeds the building. Works on the area of the investment are being conducted in accordance with the schedule.
